We understand that failed payments can happen - whether it’s due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or a technical hiccup. Unlike many hosting providers, we don’t believe in punishing you the second something goes wrong.
At AeroWave, your account won’t be instantly restricted or suspended after a failed payment. We’ll always give you time and a gentle nudge to sort things out.
1. Don't Panic
You’ll receive a notification from us letting you know the payment didn’t go through. No immediate action is taken on your account - we give you a chance to fix the issue before anything changes.
2. Check Your Card Details
-
Log in to your AeroWave dashboard.
-
Click your name in the top right corner and select Payment Methods.
-
Check whether your saved card has expired or needs updating.
If you want to change your payment method, follow our guide on How to Update Your Payment Method.
3. Manually Pay The Invoice
-
Go to the Billing or Invoices section in your dashboard.
-
Find the unpaid invoice and click Pay Now.
-
You can retry the existing card or add a new one.
4. Wait For Confirmation
Once payment is successful, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll also see the invoice marked as Paid in your dashboard.
